Continuing from The Pursuit of God by A.W. Tozer, Day 65 invites us deeper into The Presence—from admiring the fire to living within it. Tozer contrasts the scribe and the prophet: the scribe tells what he has read, but the prophet tells what he has seen. The church today has many scribes, yet few who have pressed beyond the veil into the holy presence of God. Tozer reminds us that this veil is not of linen but of self—the uncrucified life that keeps us standing in the outer courts. God’s invitation remains: “Let me see your face, let me hear your voice.” The question is—will we remove the veil and enter?
