Ingrid Hoffmann is a professional eater, author, and host of Top Chef Estrellas(Telemundo), Simply Delicioso(Cooking Channel), and Delicioso(Univision). A recipient of the 2018 Hispanic Heritage Award for Culinary Arts, Ingrid is passionate about food policy, cooking & entertaining, and sharing her knowledge of food with her avid followers. Via her cookbooks, “chica tips,” and social media platforms, Ingrid spreads the word about “better for you” ingredients, implementing cooking habits, and thinking of food as medicine.
