Lily Ashwell is an artist, author and teacher devoted to exploring the symbolic languages of the soul. She is the writer and illustrator of the best-selling Heavenly Bodies Astrology Deck, which introduced tens of thousands of readers to astrology as a living, experiential practice.

Known for weaving visual storytelling with spiritual insight, Lily approaches the symbolic arts as tools for reflection rather than prediction ~ mirrors through which we come to understand ourselves more clearly.

In 2023, Lily began expanding the world of Heavenly Bodies alongside her best friend and creative collaborator, Blu of Earth. What began as a shared love of archetype and the unseen rhythms guiding human life evolved into the birth of Heavenly Bodies Tarot in 2026.
