Every time I walk into a new project, the first all-hands meeting, the first Zoom with a team that's been in it for months, my brain does the same thing.

How am I going to catch up. Will they figure me out.

Not because there's anything real to figure out. But because my first instinct is to assume everyone in that room knows more than me.
