170 | The Difference Between a Course People Buy and One That Changes Lives w/ Alix Ambriz & Emily Steiner of Intentional Impact Studio

Have you ever felt like you should be able to figure out every part of your business on your own? From marketing and sales to course creation and client experience (and we all know the list goes on and on and on!), it really can start to feel like the pressure to do it all just comes with the territory of entrepreneurship.

In today's episode, my Rooted retreat co-host, Jordan, and I are joined by Alix and Emily from the Intentional Impact Studio, two learning design experts who help coaches and course creators build programs that don't just share information-they create real transformation.

In our conversation, we talk about the importance of staying in your zone of genius, how to know when it's time to bring in expert support, and why trying to be the expert in everything often slows down both your growth AND your impact. Alix and Emily also share so many practical tips into what separates a program people purchase from a program that truly changes lives.

What I love most about this conversation is that it goes beyond course creation. At its core, it's about stewardship-of our time, our capacity, our businesses, and the people we're called to serve. Whether you're creating a course, leading a coaching program, offering a service, or simply trying to grow a business while staying present in your family and faith, I think you'll find so much encouragement and wisdom in this episode.

I pray this episode encourages you!

Hugs!
