Meditation Monday: Devotion & Divine Connection

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this practice as many times as you like.

This week Venus moves into Virgo, the sign of the priestess, bringing us into deep devotion. This is also a beautiful time for acts of service. So in this week's meditation, we'll first be in deep devotion to you and the universe, or whatever name you give to it. We're going to use the Soham mantra, which translates to 'I am' or 'I am that,' reminding you of your true nature and that you are connected to universal energy and always being supported and guided. Once we've established a deep sense of inner connection and peace, will send that divine oneness energy out there to anyone that needs it.❤️
