How to Become Passionate About Running and Life with Thomas McGinn

Running isn’t just about getting in the miles. It’s about finding your passion. It’s about leaning into who you are and being a better person. And for Thomas McGinn, that not only meant challenging himself by becoming a better runner. But it also meant going all in on serving people in the running community and fueling his passion.

Tom McGinn is an entrepreneurial runner as the founder of Long Run Coffee. Though his running journey started unconventionally, he found that it was something he loved and decided to pursue it even deeper as he continued to challenge himself.

Throughout his journey, he completed a self-supported ultramarathon, multiple marathons, and other endurance challenges along the way. And he started his own company to help serve people in the running community.

In this episode, Tom shares how he was able to progress from a marathon to an ultra, how he was able to lean into the love of running to build a sustainable habit out of it, and how to create fulfillment in your life.

Huge thank you to Tom for coming on the show!
