Scheduled Family Meeting

This week, we’re pulling up a seat to our family’s version of “normal.” You know, the one where raising your hand in an argument is totally acceptable, sitting on countertops is a lifestyle, and small talk? Never heard of her.

We chat about the weird (but we thought totally normal) ways our family talks to each other—snarky comments, playful jabs, and arguments that outsiders might think are yelling matches (they’re not… mostly). We also dive into how our family traveled differently than most families around us, our chill Sunday dinner habits, and the weird phrases we use that only we understand.
