That conviction eventually led Chris and his wife into entrepreneurship. One of the companies they built was a staffing agency that placed around 20,000 refugees into jobs across the United States over eight years and grew to 14 offices.

Along the way, Chris wrestled with an important question: How can a company pursue meaningful spiritual impact while also remaining financially healthy?
