Maddow: Trump caught in desperation spiral as his opposition grows

Rachel Maddow notes that Donald Trump's news cycle seems to be stuck in a loop with the same basic headlines repeating, but with each cycle Trump becomes more desperate to achieve his ends, and more reckless in his efforts as his opposition gets stronger and wiser to his schemes.

Renowned First Amendment attorney Theodore J. Boutrous Jr. joins Rachel to discuss Trump's demand that the New York Times reveal its sources.
