Kate Holgate

An award-winning creative director who has been at it long enough to see trends repeating themselves, Kate Holgate has shaped stand-out brands from a broad range of industries—from education to insurance, healthcare to pet care, transit to yes, even toilet paper. With infectious enthusiasm and insatiable curiosity, she inspires teams to push boundaries, resulting in bold ideas that defy the expected. Kate enjoys connecting with people—both through campaigns and in real life. She is the executive creative director and partner with Noble West. She’s also the co-founder of the recently launched Secondborn. When she is not pitching ideas or creative problem-solving, Kate is an active community leader and educator, serving as an adjunct professor at Boise State University and as an Advisory Board Member for the University of Idaho. She is a volunteer coach for the National Interscholastic Cycling Association, and an executive board member of the Children’s Home Society of Idaho. She’s an avid outdoors woman and the proud mother of two teenagers who help keep her relevant. She embarrasses them as much as possible.
