Resistance, Pressure + Personal Power (Solar Plexus Chakra)

In today’s episode I trusted my deck of Positive Guidance Oracle Cards (which you can find here) to provide us with three magical cards that would be the perfect collective message for everyone! The cards I pulled were Resistance, Pressure and Solar Plexus Chakra. Below is a little overview of the magic conversation these cards allowed!

Resistance: How resisting can block the law of attraction working for you. How to identify where you are holding onto resistance and how to let it go, in turn, freeing yourself to move forward!

Pressure: Very often we will allow pressure to grow from something small and insignificant into something big, which can result in anxiety, the surfacing of old limiting beliefs and even physical reactions like headaches. But is this pressure actually just coming from yourself? It can be easy to blame external sources, but you are the one allowing yourself to feel that pressure from other people or situations.

Solar Plexus Chakra: If you have been feeling the need to control, aggressive, needy and like a victim, it’s likely you’re experiencing low self esteem which can stem from your from an out of alignment Solar Plexus Chakra. To move forward fearlessly, we need to connect and feel into our personal power. Activating and healing this chakra will help you do that.
