I chat about how to raise your vibration so you’re attracting people, opportunities and experiences that match your magic. And yep, we get into the juicy stuff like visualisation, acting as if, and shifting your emotional baseline so your nervous system knows it’s safe to receive.

We also explore what happens when energies don’t align… you know when you’re doing all the things but it’s just not flowing?! Often this is when you need to surrender and trust, but of course when we want something, it can be so hard to let go ~ because it's natural to want to control it. But when you give up the need to control, life flows with you instead of against you.

There’s a bit of brain science too, (don’t worry, I keep it light!) including how to quiet your logical side and tap into that beautiful, expansive right side of the brain where creativity and divine inspiration live.
