Since 2008, Ralph has been creating once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences around the world for his clients under The Continental DRIFTER® brand. Since then Ralph organized and led more than 120 multi-week international tours, with more than 1,000 clients, to such places as Vietnam, India, Cambodia, Spain, France, Portugal, Cuba, Mexico, Antarctica, and others. Everyone of his trips has been 5-star rated and has a more than 50% repeat rate from his clients. Ralph clients tend to be aged 40+, including Gen X and Baby Boomers.

Ralph is also a public speaker and author with several new books from a new series he created called The Mindful & Intentional Traveler.
