Nadja Hagen is a Self Love Coach for high-achieving women recovering from people-pleasing and building a life aligned with their values. She teaches women to set healthy boundaries, prioritize their needs and build mutual, connected relationships without the need to pretend to be someone they are not.

Nadja’s signature process is teaching clarity on personal values, healing emotional wounds and embodying self-love on a practical day-to-day level.

She teaches from authenticity, sharing her knowledge as an ECA accredited Professional Coach & Trainer with more than 10 years of experience in corporate leadership roles. She has graduated from ESCP, one of Europe’s leading business schools, and is trained in systemic work.

As a recovered people-pleaser herself, she has helped hundreds of women to protect their peace through healthy boundaries and create their life intentionally in alignment with their core values.

She lives with her daughter in Germany, in the countryside between Aachen and Cologne.
