Did DNA Confirm the Worst About the Siders' 16 Kids?

DNA testing is underway on all sixteen children found in a single room in Vinton County, Ohio. The Attorney General has described the Siders case as "intrafamily." The birth certificates say Gary Jr. and Elizabeth are the parents. But Elizabeth was fifteen when she married and thirteen when her first child was born — and the public wants to know who fathered those sixteen children.

Four adults are charged with child endangerment: Gary Siders Jr., Elizabeth Siders, and the grandparents Gary Sr. and Christina. A gag order filed by Gary Jr.'s attorney has silenced every official connected to the case — even though the other three defense teams didn't request one. The question is whether that order is protecting Gary Jr.'s right to a fair trial or shielding institutions from answering for their failure to intervene.

Jennifer Coffindaffer, retired FBI Special Agent, joins Tony and Robin to address what the DNA results could reveal, whether Elizabeth should be treated as someone who was harmed by the same household she's charged with endangering, and what investigators may find when they start looking at the family's prior addresses.

A forensic psychologist has publicly identified the grandparents as the "catalyst." A niece of Gary Sr. has claimed conditions weren't severe during her visits and suggested Gary Jr. is responsible for the deterioration.
