Erica Marks is a #BeHumankind practitioner. She has integrated principles of #BeHumankind into her work as a charity (nonprofit) leader in the United Kingdom. In this conversation we learn about her work as an advocate for children with severe disabilities and their parents, people who have experienced sexual abuse and assault, and individuals wishing to explore opportunities beyond the ultra-Orthodox communities in which they live to fulfill personal goals. In this podcast Lamar and Tom talk with Erica about how she has integrated kindness and the principles of #BeHumankind into her work.

• What is an act of kindness you’ve received that made a difference to you?

• What is an act of kindness you have done which you hope changed another person’s life?

What do we do with the acts we learn about in this survey? We save them and feature them in our Thanksgiving show each year…anonymously unless you prefer we use your name.

Finally, please share this survey because an act of kindness shared begets others.
