Did Lindsay Clancy Say Too Much On Her Own Phone?

Lindsay Clancy trial coverage — the Duxbury mother's own phone may be the strongest witness the prosecution has, and she is the one who filled it.

Prosecutors say a note Lindsay Clancy typed about her older children roughly three months before their deaths belongs in front of the jury. They also say her phone shows her checking how long her husband would be gone on the evening of January 24, 2023. He left at 5:15 to pick up dinner and medication. He was back a little after six.

The Commonwealth calls that planning and has charged her with three counts of first-degree murder. Her attorney, Kevin Reddington, does not dispute that she killed Cora, Dawson, and Callan. He disputes that the person who did it was capable of understanding any of it, and he has a stack of medical records he says proves the system had been failing her for months.
