Bryan Kohberger Says He NEVER Should Have Said Guilty

Bryan Kohberger now says he never should have said the word guilty. He said it anyway, four times, in an Ada County courtroom, once for each of the four University of Idaho students he admitted killing.

This episode is about the gap between those two things, and about who was standing next to him the day he closed it. Kohberger is in segregated housing at Idaho's maximum security prison for the murders of Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin. He admitted all four killings in an Ada County courtroom. Now he says that admission should be thrown out, and he has filed to make it happen without a lawyer attached.
