Eine bekannte Fluggesellschaft wird bald eine Hilfe für Menschen mit Autismus starten. Diese Entscheidung ist wichtig, weil es noch nicht genug gute Reisemöglichkeiten für Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen gibt. Eine Umfrage zeigt: 78 % der Familien machen sich Sorgen, wenn sie über Reisen an neue Orte nachdenken. 94 % sagen sogar, dass sie öfter reisen würden, wenn das Personal besser über Autismus Bescheid wüsste. Deshalb will die Fluggesellschaft ihren Service für Passagiere mit besonderen Bedürfnissen verbessern. Das Personal lernt, wie man Menschen mit Autismus oder mit Problemen bei Geräuschen und Licht unterstützt. Wenn viele Mitarbeiter diese Schulung machen, bekommt die Fluggesellschaft ein besonderes Zertifikat. So nehmen etwa 80 % der Mitarbeiter, die mit den Kunden arbeiten, an diesem Training teil.
