Hr: Svakog ljeta, sunce zapeče Istru, a morem se širi miris borova i lavande.
En: Every summer, the sun bakes Istra, and the scent of pines and lavender spreads across the sea.

Hr: Tog kolovoza, Ivan, Luka i Marina odlučili su ostaviti zadnje sate tečaja jezika i krenuti na putovanje zvanjem slobode.
En: That August, Ivan, Luka, and Marina decided to leave the last hours of their language course and embark on a journey called freedom.

Hr: Ivan je bio u automobilu, vozeći kroz krivudave ceste Istre.
En: Ivan was in the car, driving through the winding roads of Istra.
