We people-please less, tolerate less drama, set stronger boundaries, and become much more interested in living authentically than living for everyone else'sapproval.

Because let's be honest, some of the most authenticconversations women have don't happen on social media or in carefully planned interviews. They happen sitting in a salon chair with someone they trust.

For years, my hairdresser Kelly and I have talked abouteverything from relationships and career changes to the adventure that is online dating in midlife. We swap stories, compare notes, laugh a lot, and occasionally look at each other wondering, "Did that really just happen?"

I kept thinking...what if we actually created a space thatreflected that? That's how Midlife Unfiltered: Salon Sessions was born.

Today, I'm joined by my hairdresser Kelly, and we're diving into one of the most talked-about topics among women over 40: online dating. We'll share the highs, the heartbreaks, thehilarious moments, the unexpected lessons, and everything in between.
