The Bella Bowl w/ Artem Mode and Frankie Muniz

It’s the Bellas Podcast live in Arizona for a big week before the Eagles/Chiefs game with surprises, friends, and no filters.

The show kicks off when Nikki & Brie are accompanied on stage by the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders and the team’s legendary mascot, Swoop! For lifelong Eagles fans with some deep roots in Philadelphia, this is a dream come true for the Bellas!

Then Nikki & Brie pop that bottle and Open Up with some Never Have I Ever and a hilarious story about Buddy’s dangerous style of hugging that’s becoming infamous at school and playgrounds across Northern California.

The first special guest of the evening, DWTS Mirror Ball trophy winner and Nikki’s husband, Artem hits the stage to give his opinion about Nikki’s dance moves, what he loves about sharing his love story on “Nikki Bella Says I Do” and much more. Then Brie pits Nikki against Artem to figure out who was the bigger Bridezilla or Groomzilla on their wedding day when they play a fun game for newlyweds that we call “The Most.”

Frankie just announced that he’ll be joining the NASCAR/ARCA Menard series for the 2023 season driving for Ford and Rette Jones Racing! Frankie explains what made him want to get back behind the wheel, what his strategy for racing at Daytona is, and why it was important to chase his dreams and be an example for his young son, Mauz. He also shares some experiences from his bizarre experience on The Surreal Life and what he liked about it, what he didn’t, and why he’d sign up to do another season immediately.

It’s The Bellas versus The Fellas in a round of Family FaceOff! It’s Artem, Frankie, and JJ versus Nikki, Brie, and a lucky fan from the audience, Amy! It’s a showdown of epic proportions and tensions are high not only because of the contestants, but because one of Brie’s ex-boyfriends who happens to be JJ’s best friend is hosting this edition of Family FaceOff.

Then to close out the show JJ takes the mic for an emotional Inspiration & Affirmation that’s tender and heartwarming, especially for fans of the Bellas that have followed him on Total Divas and beyond over the years.
