321. Being an Effective Leader in the World

Are you willing to be someone who is a leader in the world, or are you someone who looks at the reasons why you cannot do something?

An effective leader is someone who knows where they are heading and goes towards that no matter who else is willing to go with them. You're not trying to prove anything, you're not getting it right or wrong; you're willing to listen to the whispers.

• A true leader knows when their energy is required and is willing to be in question and will choose based on that, never having to prove their worth.
