Today's guest has to be one of the most recognisable personalities in Australian entertainment. It’s TV host, comedian, five-time Gold Logie nominee and, until this year, the queen of the jungle herself, Julia Morris.

After 12 years hosting I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!, Julia found out the show wouldn't be returning to its old network and she joined us fresh off processing that huge identity shift. We get her Accidentally Unfiltered story (a very unfortunate wrong recipient text sent the night before the Gold Logies), what actually goes on behind the scenes in the South African jungle, and how redesigning her life. “Adapt or Die” she says. And hate clean!

Julia also gets real with us about leaving a 16-year marriage, realising she'd been in a controlling relationship, and how being diagnosed with ADHD in her 50s helped explain patterns she'd never noticed. She talks candidly about "the great unfucking" of perimenopause and redesigning her whole life with her friends and being a mum to older girls.
