He shares his experiences of the emotional manipulation, high-control dynamics, and pressures individuals face within such organizations.

The conversation explores themes of personal choice, responsibility, and the normalization of abusive behavior.He recounts his experiences leaving Landmark, and the challenges and successes he encountered afterward. He describes his rebellion against authority, the emotional distress of losing his job and perceived mission, and his realization that others shared similar experiences after leaving.
