Ro: Sub lumina blândă a soarelui de vară, Mihai și Ioana pășeau încet printre ruinele vechii Sarmizegetusa Regia.
En: Under the gentle light of the summer sun, Mihai and Ioana walked slowly among the ruins of ancient Sarmizegetusa Regia.

Ro: Fiecare piatră părea să șoptească poveștile dacilor care au trăit acolo cu secole în urmă.
En: Each stone seemed to whisper the stories of the Dacians who lived there centuries ago.

Ro: Aerul era încărcat de istorie, dar acum servea ca decor pentru povestea lor, una de durere și căutare.

Ro: "Da," a răspuns Mihai, încercând să zâmbească.
En: "Yes," replied Mihai, trying to smile.

En: "They always made up stories about their past, right?"

Ro: "Un zâmbet slab a apărut pe fața Ioanei, dar a dispărut repede.
En: A faint smile appeared on Ioana's face but quickly disappeared.

Ro: "De ce s-a întâmplat asta, Mihai?
En: "Why did this happen, Mihai?

Ro: De ce nu mai sunt împreună?
En: Why aren't they together anymore?"

Ro: "Mihai s-a oprit și s-a uitat lung la sora lui.
En: Mihai stopped and looked long at his sister.

Ro: Știa că momentul acesta trebuia să vină.
En: He knew this moment had to come.

Ro: "Nu știu exact," a spus el încet.
En: "I don't know exactly," he said slowly.

Ro: "Uneori, oamenii nu mai pot fi fericiți împreună.
En: "Sometimes people can't be happy together anymore.
