Ep 126 - Results of 2 Launches: Energy-led vs Strategy-led

This week, I’m sharing a little business experiment that taught me a LOT.

I recently launched two very different offers. One was heavily strategy-led. The other came almost completely from intuition, excitement and that deep inner feeling of YES, I need to create this.

The difference in not only the results, but how I felt creating and selling them, was pretty wild.

Here’s what I dive into:

1. Energy-first vs strategy-first business: What happened when I let the launch strategy overpower the original excitement and purpose behind an offer.

2. The real cost of a “successful” launch: Thousands spent on ads, 60+ hours of combined work, around 33 registrations and a launch that left me feeling exhausted and drained.

3. What happened when I followed the energy instead: I created a paid mini retreat with an imperfect sales page, one Instagram post and a handful of personal DMs, and 12 beautiful humans said yes.

4. Why ease doesn’t mean you haven’t earned the result: This experience challenged some of my own conditioning around needing to work hard to deserve success.

5. Why I think people are craving experiences, not more information: Connection, embodiment and actually feeling something are becoming such an important part of the work I want to create.

6. Trusting your own inner knowing: Even when an expert, formula or “proven strategy” tells you to do something differently.

This isn’t an episode about throwing strategy out the window. I LOVE strategy. It’s about getting the order right.

Energy first. Strategy second.

Because when you’re deeply connected to what you’re creating, why it matters and who it’s here to serve, people can feel it.
