Have you ever felt bad about how you reacted to something? Something happens that is stressful or unpleasant, you get upset or angry, and you say or do something you wish you hadn’t?

In today’s episode, we discuss the difference between reacting and responding, as well as the importance of taking responsibility for your actions and choosing to be response-able.
