Dr. Princess M. Cullum is a leadership and executive coach with vast, multi-industry experiences in large complex organizations. Her areas of expertise include executive development, women's leadership, diversity and inclusion, and culture. Her contributions have led to measurable increases in employee engagement, retention, leadership pipeline, and organization capability.

Currently, Dr. Cullum is the SVP of the FORVIS Leadership Institute, Founder and CEO of Cullum Business Solutions, LLC., and the Founder of CEO of You™. She helps leaders, especially women, maximize their potential and the potential of others toward the achievement of business goals.

She has worked for Bank of America, Duke Energy, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, and several other major organizations. Dr. Cullum holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of North Texas at Denton, a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. She is also a Leadership Coach and Adjunct Professor at Queens University of Charlotte.
