Eps 036 - Meditation for Your Soul

This episode is a guided meditation for your soul. I'm going to take you on a magical guided journey to your dreams. It's a journey designed to help you plant inside your soul the seed of what you are looking to bring into fruition in this life.

Some of you may have been working on yourself for a really long time, and you're not seeing the changes you want to see. If you're feeling down about it, I encourage you to keep going on the path. I encourage you to get back in the driver's seat. Continue to believe in your dreams and continue to move forward. Recognize that it's a process and keep moving forward!

This meditation is going to help you do just that, so give yourself the gift of time to experience it fully. You can add this meditation to your tool kit when and use it whenever you need it. As we go into the meditation, remember intention is everything. If your intention is clear, you're going to get the answers.
