When one of my tennis games went poorly last week, I had the opportunity to walk myself through the SASS pillars and shift the way I was feeling and thinking.

And today, I want to teach you how to do it so you can shift and change too. This process took me from feeling insecure after I didn't play well to feeling inspired and grateful. I knew I needed to break through the insecurity because I want to keep up-leveling my life. And if it's possible for me, it's possible for you.
