Eps 126 - Claircognizance with a Meditation

The practice of meditation is amazing. It can alter your experience in life, your makeup, and how you're wired. Whichever form of meditation you choose, it will undoubtedly take you to a new state of awareness and lead you on a journey to a deeper understanding of who you are. The particular meditation that I'll teach you in this episode is about claircognizance or deep knowing. Claircognizance is a download of a ton of information in a split second and is more multi-dimensional.
