In this episode:

● The Moon in Cancer and the medicine of rest, nourishment, and homecoming

● What animals can teach us about retreating when we need to heal

● The Moon’s ancient relationship with Earth and why she has always been one of our closest celestial kin

● Nervine herbs for calming and restoring the nervous system

● Adaptogenic herbs for rebuilding resilience after prolonged stress

● Simple practices I’ve been using to nourish myself through this late-summer transition

● An invitation to do less, sleep more, drink deeply, and allow stillness itself to become medicine

May this episode be a little sanctuary for you. A space where you can soften, reflect, receive, and remember that sometimes healing begins by canceling our big plans and taking a rest.
