On this episode of 2 White Lights, I was joined by 57 kg National Champion Chrissy Peracchi (@chirssymaxpower). Chrissy discussed how she got her start in powerlifting, how she built confidence through the sport, and her performance at Raw Nationals that gave her the National title. We also discussed what she'd change about the sport, what she loves most about the sport, and I debut a new segment called "White Light/Red Light".
