Cy: Arosodd Gareth o dan gysgod coeden, yn dal i feddwl am y daith fawr o’i flaen.
En: Gareth waited under the shade of a tree, still thinking about the great journey ahead of him.

Cy: Roedd yr haul haf yn tywynnu'n boeth ar ei wyneb, ond roedd cwmwl o amheuaeth dros ei feddwl.
En: The summer sun shone hot on his face, but a cloud of doubt lingered over his mind.

Cy: "Beth os nad yw'n werth?" meddyliodd dro ar ôl tro, ei wyneb yn llawn pryder.
En: "What if it's not worth it?" he thought repeatedly, his face full of worry.

Cy: Wrth ei ymyl, eisteddodd Alis, yn gwylio’r tonnau o laswellt yn symud yn y gwynt.
