Britta Eskey is the co-founder of COR, a transformational organization devoted to helping people move through the initiations that fundamentally change the trajectory of a human life. Since 1997, COR has offered immersive workshops, leadership trainings, and guided experiences for men and women who sense that surface-level healing and self-improvement are no longer enough — and who are ready to enter the deeper work of initiation, profound connection to self, others, and the Sacred, and sustainable inner change.

Drawing from more than 40 years of experience integrating psychology, spirituality, Family Constellation Work, expressive arts, emotional healing, and leadership development, Britta’s work helps people move beyond old survival patterns and into greater aliveness, authenticity, purpose, and emotional resilience. She is also a certified Compassion Cultivation Trainer, and co-developed and taught the Cultivating a Compassion Heart course through Stanford university’s CCARe program with a strong emphasis on self-compassion and a more loving relationship with oneself and life. Britta is the author of the spiritual memoir Initiations in Love and host of the Initiations in Love podcast.”
