Together they explore how to pursue health without making fitness an idol, how to adapt when limitations change what is possible, and why caring for our bodies is about more than appearance or performance. Offering a refreshing perspective on what actually sustains long-term health, Brandy encourages listeners to pursue fitness from a place of stewardship rather than shame or guilt.
