Scott Hughes: Chief of Police on Leadership, Officer Stress, and What’s Wrong With Policing Today

Scott Hughes has spent decades in law enforcement and currently serves as a police chief while also working as a consultant, instructor, podcast host, and advocate for the law-enforcement profession.
