My guest today is Cedar Loates — a poet, somatic guide, and sacred educator whose work weaves together personal healing, spiritual reclamation, and collective awakening. With over 400 hours of training in a lineage-based Ashtanga yoga practice, five years in Bible college and pastoring, and 15 years as a creative arts director for a nonprofit, Cedar brings a unique perspective to her work that blends embodiment, artistry, and a complex foundation of spiritual & creative exploration.

In this illuminating conversation, Cedar and I dive deep into the themes of spirituality, manifestation, intuition, and how we can all access the loving, creative intelligence that guides our existence.
