Before you automatically pay, it may be worth checking whether you have legitimate grounds to request a review. In this video, we break down the Revenue-NSW Review-Assist framework and look at circumstances that may help, including a clear driving record, medical emergencies, vehicle breakdowns, faulty parking equipment, personal hardship and other special circumstances.
