FIRST — The Supreme Court heard oral arguments on April 2, 2026 on whether Trump's executive order ending automatic birthright citizenship is constitutional. The 14th Amendment. Wong Kim Ark. The four words at the center of all of it — subject to the jurisdiction thereof. The left says this is settled law. A law professor at the University of Minnesota says it isn't. Brian walks through the full legal history, the numbers nobody on either side wants to talk about, and why the decision coming in late June or early July matters more than most people realize.

SECOND — Day 35 of Operation Epic Fury. An F-15E was shot down over Iran using passive infrared detection — heat signatures, no radar, nothing American electronic warfare can jam. Two crew members ejected. One was rescued within hours. The other — a Colonel — evaded Iranian search teams for more than 24 hours in mountains 7,000 feet up while a CIA deception campaign bought time and hundreds of American special forces went in to get him. They flew seven hours over Iran in broad daylight. They destroyed their own aircraft rather than leave them. They brought him home. Brian walks through the full rescue, the state of the war, the Strait of Hormuz, the April 6 deadline, and where things stand as this episode was recorded.
