Hollywood star Catherine Zeta-Jones joins Nuala McGovern to talk about her new action thriller series, Kill Jackie and taking on one of her most formidable roles yet, not least because she's finally on screen speaking in a Welsh accent. She joins Nuala live in the studio.

The shortlist for the Booker Prize has been announced, and while female writers formed a majority of the 2026 longlist, the final selection includes four male and two female authors. Pulp frontman and Booker Prize judge Jarvis Cocker said that it was a 'surprise' that four books written by men ended up on the shortlist, 'because generally speaking, the male-written books weren't as good as the ones written by women'. Hair they say is a woman’s crown. Some 63% of women in the UK have wavy, curly or coily hair. Despite this, it can often be difficult to find a hairdresser who can comfortably style their hair.
