Brit Selwood on unimaginable grief

Brit likely needs no introduction; she’s the wife of AFL legend and former Geelong captain Joel Selwood, and mum to her two young boys, Alfie and Joey. In this conversation, Brit opens up about the three Life Lessons that have guided her through some of the toughest years of her life. Grief is no stranger to Brit and her beautiful family, in recent years they've faced deep loss, all while undergoing IVF treatment to fall pregnant. Brit also shares what it was like to experience mum guilt, the admiration she has for her husband Joel, and how, quite literally, stopping to smell the roses with her young boys has put everything into perspective.
