But what if the breakthrough isn't the thing we're missing?

In this episode, I explore why big transformation needs a foundation strong enough to hold it. Our nervous system, our body, our daily practices, our relationships and communities all create the supporting network that allows us to meet bigger experiences without collapsing under them.

Just as small muscles support the big muscles, the seemingly small things we do every day can become the structure that holds the bigger things we are asking for.

Whether you're seeking greater abundance, spiritual growth, healing, responsibility or simply a different way of living, the principle is the same: we need to build our capacity to hold what we are calling in.

We often want big transformation, but we don't build the capacity to hold what we are asking for.

Sometimes the next step isn't another breakthrough.
