5 Aspergers Symptoms in Adults - Aspergers Syndrome Explained

5 Aspergers Symptoms in Adults - Aspergers Syndrome Explained

Could the way you experience conversations, routines, or sensory input be connected to autism? In this episode, we explore five traits commonly discussed when people talk about Asperger’s syndrome in adults. We look at social communication, sensory differences, focused interests, routines, and the effort it can take to get through everyday situations.

“Asperger’s syndrome” is an older term that many people still search for or use to describe themselves. Today, it falls under an autism diagnosis. Whether you were diagnosed years ago, are exploring a late autism diagnosis, or want to understand someone you care about, this episode offers a supportive place to start.

Autistic traits can look different from person to person. Recognising a few of these experiences does not, on its own, tell you whether you are autistic. It can help you find better language for what you experience and decide what support might help.
