Four teenage boys were found murdered in similar circumstances, but the police believed it was solvent abuse that caused their deaths and were unaware that there was a serial killer on the loose.

But the families of the boys knew that was more to the deaths than the police believed and when a new detective arrived on the scene to lead the investigation, he agreed with the families and reviewed the evidence so far, with shocking results....
