They didn’t know it, but a man with a gun was hiding in the bathroom. When the mass shooting was over, four people lay dead and a fifth badly wounded. The shooter’s total haul was less than $1,600 and the entire manic episode lasted less than five minutes. Most shocking . . . the mass murderer was only 19 years old.
