It was great to speak with someone who has direct experience fighting cloners and Keith did a great job breaking down what we all need to know. One quick note from Keith: "In regard to the alter ego liability discussion, potential defendants could be sued directly for things like fraud/misrep (i.e. a plaintiff would not have to pierce the corporate veil to sue them)."
