Caleb Flynn's Phone Was Empty and He Had a Reason For It

The detective handed Caleb Flynn's phone back after scrolling through it and finding nothing. Not one message from his wife Ashley. Caleb had the explanation ready: he deletes texts to save storage. The jury now knows what prosecutors allege was actually on that phone.

Prosecutors say those messages included one about being up until 4 a.m. thinking of ways to kill his wife. And one sent hours before this interview allegedly read: I choose you, I'm free, actions will come tomorrow.
